A certified Responsible Person Electrical (RPE) and High Voltage Electrical Authority, he is recognised for expertise in ICSS, DCS, Fire & Gas (F&G), Emergency Shutdown (ESD), process automation and integrated power systems. He has repeatedly led multidisciplinary teams and coordinated EPC contractors, OEMs, shipyards and regulators in safety‑critical environments. Throughout his career, he has maintained an unyielding focus on schedule discipline, budget control, and risk mitigation, ensuring multi-billion-dollar developments are consistently delivered on time and under budget while adhering to global standards.
